The color is a pale gold, yet quite deep for a young, 2002 wine.

The nose holds tons of flowers, sweet apple and alcohol that comes off just a bit hot, but mixes with the other aromas and comes out as a spiciness like white pepper.

Chilled down to somewhere between fridge and room temperature, the mouthfeel is rich and delivers plenty of citrus fruit and apple.

Sadly, a lot of the finish (aftertaste) disappears as quick as the contents of the bottle, but what does stick around is peachy, citrusy and quite fine!

Just make sure to grab more than one bottle. I tell ya, this viognier will vanish faster than your sobriety. (Remember, it may go down easy, but this is a full-strength wine!)

Cheers,
TSW

Viognier is one of those wines that can make even tee-teetotalers look like complete lushes. It tastes so…so fun, and goes down so easy that before you know it, the bottle is empty.

While sucking down glasses of viognier like it was Sprite can be embarrassing when at a dinner party, it can be downright concerning when you're all alone at home and doing it.

Trust that with this wine, no one will think less of you, or check you into any program. As long as they get a taste of it, they'll understand.
